Description

Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur invited Applications from eligible candidates for the following post of Junior Research Fellowship. Project Title is “High fidelity structural theories and its finite element model for the large deformation and rupture analysis of soft biological shell and tubular structures for the applications in vascular solid mechanics(BTT)”. Sponsor of the project is Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB)(3rd and 4th Floor, Block II, Technology Bhavan, New Mehrauli Road, New Delhi 110016)

• Junior Research Fellowship – 1 Post

Eligibility

B.Tech. with valid GATE score OR Master’s Degree (M. Tech. / M.E.) in Mechanical Engineering, Gate qualified.
Relevant Experience: 
1) Strong background in solid mechanics, structural theories, finite element method, and scientific programming, and mathematics.
2) Proficiency in programming for numerical methods in
{C++/Python/MATLAB}.
3) Strong written and verbal communication skills
4) Ability to work collaboratively with other research scholar/students.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Junior Research Fellowship – Upto Rs.31000(depending upon qualification & experience)
