Eligibility
Candidates must possess either an M.E./MTech./M.S. or equivalent in ECE/EIE/EEE/ETC/EE/CSE/Data Science or allied disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale. If the degree was obtained using GATE, a valid GATE score is not required. Alternatively, candidates with a B.E./B.Tech. /M.Sc. or equivalent in the same fields must have a valid GATE/NET score. Additionally, candidates should have qualified in at least one national-level eligibility examination such as GATE, CSIR, or any examination conducted by central government departments or agencies.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs.37,000/- plus 20% HRA as per project norms
