Description

The Research Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the research project titled “Shruti and Smriti Conceptions of the Indian Family System: Kutumb Prabodhan and Its Relevance to Global Cultural Diplomacy and Comparative Family Research.” The responsibilities include conducting literature reviews on Sanskrit and Indian philosophical texts, collecting and analysing primary and secondary sources, assisting with translation and interpretation of classical texts, maintaining research databases, preparing reports and manuscripts, organising workshops and academic events, and supporting project documentation.

Eligibility

Candidates must have a postgraduate degree in a social science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks with NET/M.Phil. /Ph.D. Those with a background in Indian philosophy, Sanskrit, religious studies, social sciences, or related disciplines, along with strong academic writing and research skills, are encouraged to apply. The age limit is 35 years.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• INR 37,000 per month
