The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position is part of the -DUST project, which focuses on Physics-Informed Data-driven Modeling and Uncertainty Quantification with applications to Structural Twins. Eligibility
The candidate must possess a First-Class B.Tech/B.E. (GATE qualified) or a First-class M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Applied Mechanics, Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computational Engineering, or a related discipline. Knowledge of solid mechanics, structural dynamics, or finite element methods is essential. Prior research experience in AI/ML applications in structural systems, proficiency in Python, and familiarity with advanced computational tools like ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL Multiphysics, and MATLAB are highly desirable. The upper age limit is 32 years as of 1st January 2026, with applicable relaxations for SC/ST/OBC and women candidates.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- INR 37,000 (Basic) + 20% HRA
