Description

Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) funded research project entitled “Impact of spacer layer in ZnO-based MOSHFET”. Selected JRF will be involved in fabrication and performance evaluation of MOSHFET / MOSHEMT for high-power and high-frequency applications. • Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 1 Post

Eligibility

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 1.M.E./M.Tech. in relevant branch of Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Microelectronics / Optoelectronics / Nanotechnology / VLSI Design /
  Microwave Engineering with a valid GATE score,
  OR
  2.Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics / equivalent branches with a valid GATE score or a valid UGC/CSIR-NET qualification,
  OR
  3.Master degree in Physics/ Materials Science with a valid GATE qualification or a valid UGC/CSIR-NET qualification.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – (Rs. 31,000 + HRA) per month for 1st and 2nd year and (Rs. 35,000 + HRA) per month for the 3rd year.
