The Senior Research Fellow (SRF) position at IIT Indore is a prestigious opportunity for candidates passionate about environmental research. Project Details

Project Title: “Drought Early- Warning and Monitoring Framework for Arid Ramsar Wetlands of India”.

Duration: Initially for 03 Months may be extended as per institute and funding agency guidelines.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a first-class degree in Water, Environment, or Civil Engineering or related areas. Additionally, they should have qualified GATE, CSIR-UGC NET, CSIR-UGC LS, or INSPIRE, with at least two years of research experience. Experience in CFTI, research labs, or industry with similar work nature is desirable. The age limit is 32 years for general candidates, with a relaxation of 5 years for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, and PwD candidates.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Rs. 42,000 + HRA as per institute rules
