Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at WIN-COE, IIT(ISM) Dhanbad, will be responsible for establishing and growing the Centre of Excellence within the institution’s ecosystem. The CEO will manage key stakeholders, execute initiatives, and ensure alignment with the partnership’s deliverables and outcomes. This role requires strong technical, administrative, management, financial, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of institutional norms and the innovation ecosystem.

Eligibility

The position requires a PhD in Science/Engineering with at least 3 years of post-PhD research/industry experience, or an ME/MTech with at least 8 years of experience, or a BE/BTech with at least 12 years of experience. Candidates with expertise in technology management, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, and startup incubation are preferred. The maximum age limit is 50 years.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Rs. 1,50,000 to Rs. 2,50,000 per month, based on suitability and experience, plus applicable HRA.
