Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhilai was established in the state of Chhattisgarh by Ministry of Human Resource and Development in the year 2016. IIT Bhilai is presently housed in its transit campus at Government Engineering College (GEC) Raipur, Chhattisgarh. IIT Bhilai has established a 3-D Printing Lab that constitutes an integral part of 3-D Modeling and Design course, a fabrication lab, an electrical lab, a computer lab and a library in a short duration.
Description
Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of Principal associate (PA) in a MeitY funded research project with the following details:
Title of the Project: Capacity building for Human Resource Development in Unmanned Aircraft System (Drone and related Technology)

Eligibility
M.Tech / M.E. or equivalent degree OR B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent degree with 2 years relevant experience in Science or Engineering or Technology in Electronics & Tele- communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or Computer Science Engineering, or related areas from a recognized University or equivalent.
Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates with working experience relevant to the project.
Candidates with expertise in the followings are strongly encouraged to apply:
1) Expertise in the specialization of Control System/Instrumentation.
2) Expertise in Python and MATLAB
3) Familiarity with ROS / GAZEBO.
4) Experience / Familiarity with Modern Control System, digital control, digital communication, preferably in drone control and communication.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
Consolidated salary Rs.45000 per month. The annual increment in salary is at the rate of 10%
