Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad invites applications from highly motivated Indian nationals for the position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) to work on a DST-sponsored research project titled “Development of Rapidly Deployable Lightweight Bridge System (G671)”. The appointment will be purely on a contractual and temporary basis for a time-bound research project.

Eligibility
Essential Qualifications:
• MTech/ME in Structural Engineering from reputed institutions/universities
• Three years of experience in structural engineering-related fields after MTech
• Minimum one year experience developing and testing textile reinforced mortar (TRM)
• At least one year experience working in a structural engineering laboratory and operating UTM, CTM, etc.
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of structural design and analysis software
• Knowledge of FRP strengthening solutions
Upper Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as of the last date of application (10 December 2025).
