Description

The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position at IITH is part of a project titled “Development of Advanced Nanomaterials for Energy Applications.” The project aims to explore innovative solutions in the field of nanotechnology to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. The selected candidate will work closely with a team of experienced researchers and contribute to groundbreaking research that could have significant implications in the energy sector.

Position

  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Eligibility

1. M.Sc. in physics/B-Tech in engineering physics from recognized institutes with at least 60% marks.

 2. Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria: a GATE score, DST Inspire fellowship, CSIR-UGC JRF, or a CGPA of 9.0 and above from a CFTI.

 3. Candidates must have a strong interest in programming, with a preference in computational physics with experience in PDE/ODE solvers using Python, C/C++, Fortran, or MATLAB.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Rs. 37,000 +27% (HRA) per Month. HRA will only be provided if the hostel accommodation is not allotted.
