Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in any social science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks and should have cleared NET/M.Phil. /Ph.D. Desirable qualifications include a research interest in gender and energy economics, proficiency in quantitative data analysis using STATA or R, and familiarity with qualitative research methods. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to travel for fieldwork are also required.
