Indian Institute of Technology Bhilai Advertisement for the post of Project Assistant /JRF in SERB funded Research Project

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhilai was established in the state of Chhattisgarh by Ministry of Human Resource and Development in the year 2016. IIT Bhilai is presently housed in its transit campus at Government Engineering College (GEC) Raipur, Chhattisgarh. IIT Bhilai has established a 3-D Printing Lab that constitutes an integral part of 3-D Modeling and Design course, a fabrication lab, an electrical lab, a computer lab and a library in a short duration.

Description

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of Project Assistant/JRF in a SERB funded research project with the following details. Title of the Project is “Variational methods for nonlocal problems with lack of compactness”.

Eligibility

Project Assistant /JRF
Essential qualifications: M.Sc. (Mathematics) from a recognized institute/university or statutory body
Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having CSIR/UGC JRF-NET/LS/GATE or working experience relevant to the project.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

Project Assistant /JRF :

(i) Rs 31000 per month +16% HRA to applicants who are selected through (a)National Eligibility Test-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through national level examination conducted by central government departments and their agencies and institutions.
OR
(ii) Rs. 28000-40000 per month (for others who do not fall under (i) above)
