Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru Advertisement for the post of Project Associate (Ref: EE-PEG-SH-20240106) Multiple project associate positions are open in the Power Electronics Group at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities – What you will do and learn:
• Design and development of power electronics hardware including power circuits, gate drivers, signal processing, and embedded controller
• Embedded firmware development in C for TI microcontrollers
• Hardware testing of both components and full converter system
• Circuit simulations in PSPICE, PLECS, and MATLAB
• Design PCB using Altium.
• Document design details and test reports and make presentations.

Eligibility

• Project Associate Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or masters degree in electrical engineering or any other equivalent field
  • Strong background in power electronics and hardware experience is a plus
  • Experience working with FPGA programming is a plus
  • A collaborative attitude is a must.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

Salary will be decided as per IISc norms.
