Eligibility
Qualification Requirements: The applicant should have an M.Sc/ME/M.Tech/BE/B.Tech Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering, Geosciences, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Knowledge in any of these fields: Machine learning, signal processing, time series analysis, seismology. Programming experience in MATLAB or Python is mandatory.
Role in the Project: Literature survey, algorithm development, programming in MATLAB or Python.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
As per Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS) norms. Rs. 31,000/- per month (excluding HRA). In addition to the Salary, the appointed staff is entitled to House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per central government norms in the city/location where they are working and Medical Allowance (MA) as per institute/university rules. HRA can be claimed along with the ‘Certificate for HRA’ available on the BRNS portal. HRA will be released on receipt of (i) Minutes of the Selection Committee, (ii) Office Order, and (iii) Joining Report of Staff
