Description
The Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position is part of a project titled “Theoretical investigation of robust topological quantum channels in novel dissipative phases of matter and their characterisation using quantum information concepts.” This project is funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) and aims to explore new frontiers in quantum physics. The role involves theoretical research and requires a strong foundation in quantum condensed matter theory, quantum field theory, or quantum information.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a master’s degree in physics (MS-MS/MSc) or an equivalent qualification. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of quantum condensed matter theory, quantum field theory, or quantum information. Proficiency in programming languages such as Mathematica or Python is advantageous. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared CSIR-UGC NET, including lectureship and GATE.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 37,000 per month plus House Rent Allowance (HRA)
