The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Mohali is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Project Associate-I. This position is within the laboratory of Dr. Amar Deep, focusing on innovative research projects. Position

• Project Associate-I

Eligibility

Four-year bachelor’s degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences, or master’s degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences, or BVSc, B. Pharm, or bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology or medicine from a recognized University or equivalent. The candidate should have experience in molecular biology, recombinant protein expression and purification, and microbiology.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• ₹37,000/- + HRA for scholars selected through: (a) National Eligibility Tests such as CSIR-UGC NET, including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship), or GATE; or
• A selection process through national-level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.
• ₹30,000/- + HRA for candidates who do not fall under category (i) above.
