Description

The Research Associate-1 will engage in high-energy physics research, contributing to experimental and phenomenological studies. The project is led by Dr. Chitrasen Jena, focusing on QCD matter in high-energy nuclear collisions. This role requires a strong background in physics analysis, detector R&D, and phenomenological studies.

Position

  • Research Associate-1

Eligibility

Ph.D. degree in high-energy nuclear or particle physics, with a strong background in the physics analysis, detector R&D, and/or phenomenological studies.

  Candidates who have submitted their thesis and awaiting the award of a Ph.D. degree may also apply. 

  Candidates should provide evidence of having conducted high-quality research during or after their Ph. D. program.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Rs. 58,000/- per month + 9% HRA for candidates with a Ph.D. certificate.
