Description

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Tirupati is seeking a qualified Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a project funded by ANRF-PMECRG. The project, led by Principal Investigator Dr. Rajeswari Appadurai, focuses on using integrative modelling and machine learning to understand how intrinsically disordered regions drive dynamic allostery. This position is offered on a contract basis and is co-terminus with the project.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in biotechnology, Computational Biology, Data Science, Biology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or an equivalent discipline with at least 55% marks. Additionally, applicants should have qualified for a CSIR, or any National Level Test conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies. Experience in computational biology techniques, such as molecular dynamics simulations, docking, and proficiency in Python and R programming languages, is desirable.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Rs. 37,000/- + 10% HRA per month
