Description
The Research Associate-I position is part of a project aimed at developing homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic procedures for CO2 capture and its electro-/photo-chemical reduction. The project involves various aspects such as catalyst synthesis, reaction optimization, electrode/photoelectrode optimization, reactor engineering, and mechanistic studies. This role is temporary and will conclude with the project.

Eligibility
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with expertise in areas such as homogeneous/heterogeneous catalysis, electrochemistry, photochemistry, reaction/reactor engineering, kinetics/mass-transfer, and CO2 capture and conversion. A strong foundation in catalysis, thermodynamics, and reaction kinetics is essential.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 58,000/- per month + Rs. 11,600/- HRA
