The Indian Institute of Management Indore is seeking a qualified Assistant Engineer (Audio Visual) to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing audio-visual systems, including integration, troubleshooting, and site management in various environments such as corporate, educational, and event settings. The role demands a strong understanding of audio acoustics, video signal flow, and networking for AV over IP systems.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ IT/CS/Audio Visual). and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in AV integration, site management, or troubleshooting. Experience in planning and executing ELV works in building construction projects is preferred. Proficiency in setting up Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex, and VOIP systems is essential.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• The salary will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. It will be reviewed annually based on performance.
