Description

The Manager – Enterprise AI at IIMB will be responsible for leading and scaling AI initiatives across the enterprise. This role involves developing and executing an enterprise-wide AI strategy, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring compliance with ethical and security standards. The manager will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, overseeing the AI lifecycle from use-case identification to implementation and continuous monitoring.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, MLOps, and data engineering. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required, including at least 5 years in AI and 5 years in IT administration. Candidates with less experience may also apply and will be placed in a suitable position. A background in Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• The compensation is set at 14.02 Lakhs per annum, with additional benefits. The contract is renewable based on satisfactory performance.
