The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur, established under the Public-Private Partnership Scheme by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, is seeking applications for the contractual posts of Professor Emeritus and Professor of Practice. The institute offers undergraduate and PhD programs in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Basic Science Courses, with specialized courses in cutting-edge fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Internet of Things.

Position

• Professor Emeritus in Computer Science and Engineering Department / Electronics & Communication Engineering Department
• Professor of Practice in Computer Science and Engineering Department / Electronics & Communication Engineering Department

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the Professor Emeritus position include being a retired professor from centrally funded institutions like IITs, NITs, or IIITs, with a significant record in teaching, research, and guiding PhD students. For the Professor of Practice, candidates should be reputed scientists or distinguished industry professionals with experience at senior levels in large organizations.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration
