Eligibility
First class post-graduate (PG) degree (including integrated PG degree) such as M.E./ MTech./M.Sc. with GATE or NET or Equivalent in ECE/ Radio Physics and Electronics/ Nanotechnology/ Biotechnology/ Biological Sciences). GATE/NET is not mandatory for the candidates who have obtained first class ME/MTech./MS/MSc. through a national level examination for admission conducted by central government institutes or its agencies such as IITs, IISc, IISERs, DRDO, DST, and DAE, etc.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 37,000 per month + 11,100 (30% HRA) per month = Rs. 48,100 per month (For first two years)
- Rs. 42,000 per month + 12,600 (30% HRA) per month = Rs. 54,600 per month (For third year)
