The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kancheepuram, is seeking a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to join a research project titled “Design and Development of a Dual-Mode Coplanar-Capacitive and Piezo-Resistive Sensor for Safe and Adaptive Human Robot Interaction.” This project is funded by ARMREB-DRDO and involves innovative research in sensor technology, contributing to safer and more adaptive human-robot interactions.

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics and Instrumentation (EI), or Mechanical Engineering (ME) with a focus on Robotics, or an MTech in ECE, VLSI, ME, Robotics, or Mechatronics. The age limit is 35 years as of the last date of application submission, with age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Stipend: ₹37,000 plus 30% HRA (House Rent Allowance) if accommodation is not provided by the Institute.
