The Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad is seeking a Junior Research Assistant for a project funded by CSTUP. Duration: Three (03) years or date of completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility

Eligible candidates must be Indian citizens residing in Uttar Pradesh. They should hold a B.E./B.Tech., M.Sc., or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science Engineering with first-class academic records. The upper age limit is 28 years as of April 1, 2026. Candidates with knowledge of CMOS VLSI Design will be preferred.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Rs. 25,000 per month (fixed). No HRA will be provided.
