The IIEST is seeking qualified candidates for the roles of Research Associate/Scientific Officer and Technical Assistant. These positions are integral to the ongoing projects at the CCSID, which focuses on computational and structural integrity design. The selected candidates will work closely with a team of experts, contributing to cutting-edge research and development.

Eligibility
- Research Associate/Scientific Officer: PhD in Engineering/Science with at least two years of post-doctoral Research/ Industrial experience from reputed organization(s). Research expertise/exposure in sustainability and technological innovation, with a particular emphasis on the stated research focus of the centre, e.g. clean energy systems, next-generation energy storage, transmission, and carbon capture, utilisation, and storage technologies, building materials (eco-friendly materials, greening steel, cement, cementitious materials), high-performance additives, waste utilisation, nanotechnology, structural health monitoring, climate-induced disaster mitigation and adaptation strategies.
- Technical Assistant: Master’s degree in engineering from a reputed Institution having experience/expertise in the focus area of the centre.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Research Associate/Scientific Officer: Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 70000 per month with a provision of annual increment.
- Technical Assistant: Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50000 per month with a provision of annual increment.
