Description
The Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) is conducting a walk-in-interview for the recruitment of Project Assistants under the TRANSMIT Project. This project focuses on transboundary approaches to sustainable forest management aimed at enhancing climate resilience and reducing disaster risk in the Himalayas. The positions are temporary and will terminate automatically upon the project’s completion.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering. The upper age limit is 30 years as of 31 July 2026, with a relaxation of up to 5 years for candidates belonging to scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, women, physically handicapped, and OBC categories.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 22,000/- per month
