Description
The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad is seeking a Project Manager for a Wellcome Trust-funded project titled “Validation of a Translatable Chronobiological Signature of Early Relapse in Bipolar Disorder.” The role involves conducting experiments on actigraphy measurements, transcript, and metabolite level studies, managing project documentation, liaising with clinical collaborators, and performing data analysis and manuscript writing. The position is temporary, initially for 11 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding availability.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess an M.Tech, M.Sc., M.Pharma, BS-MS, B.Tech, or BE in life sciences, biotechnology, or related disciplines with a CGPA greater than 7 (or 70%) from a recognized institution. While qualification in National Eligibility Tests like GATE, DBT, or ICMR is not mandatory, it is preferred. Candidates should have prior research experience in mental health, circadian biology, clinical projects, mass-spectrometry-based metabolomics, or molecular biology techniques. The age limit is 28 years, with relaxations for SC/ST/OBC as per government norms.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- INR 30,000/- to INR 37,000/- plus 27% HRA
