The Division of Genetics at ICAR-IARI, New Delhi, is conducting a walk-in interview for the recruitment of four Senior Research Fellows (SRFs). These positions are part of the ICAR-funded project focused on developing high-yielding seeds for Lentil and Mungbean. The selected candidates will work on cutting-edge research in genetics and plant breeding, contributing to the advancement of agricultural practices in India.

Eligibility
Master’s degree in Genetics/Plant Breeding/ Genetics and Plant Breeding/Biotechnology with 4/5 years bachelor’s degree. Those with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification. Experience in Molecular Breeding, biotechnology, and proficiency in computer application.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- ₹37,000 + HRA per month for the 1st and 2nd year
- ₹42,000 + HRA per month for the 3rd year, as per ICAR norms
