Description
The Manager-Marketing & Communication will play a crucial role in the Zonal Technology Management & Business Planning and Development Unit at ICAR-IARI, New Delhi. The position involves working closely with the COO and CEO to ensure the smooth operation of the incubator, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and developing marketing channels and strategies. The role also includes overseeing the PUSA Krishi Programs and facilitating new initiatives for incubation services.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a professional degree such as MBA, PGDM, or an equivalent master’s degree in fields like Agriculture, Agri-Business, Finance, Marketing, IT, Economics, or International Business from a UGC-recognized institute. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business plan development, and startup project evaluation is required. Candidates should also be adept at managing social media.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 1.5 lakh per month (Fixed)
