Haryana State Warehousing Corporation(HSWC) came into existence on 1/11/1967. It was carved out from the erstwhile Punjab Warehousing Corporation. It is a statutory body created under an Act of Parliament with twin objective of providing scientific storage facilities for a wide range of agricultural produce and notified commodities to the farmers, Govt. agencies, Public Enterprises, traders, etc. and to make available credit against goods deposited in the warehouses. At the time of its inception, HSWC had only 16 godowns of 7000 MTs total capacity and has grown manifold with the present number of warehouses rising to 112 and storage capacity (own) to 24.57 lakhs Metric Tons (as on 30-06-2021).

Eligibility
Position: Technical Content Writer
(a) B.Tech/BE in Computer Science /Electronics and Communication/IT or MCA from recognized university. (d)Minimum 6 years of working experience. Strong command over English/Hindi to create documentations for users for different categories like Administration, users, Developers, etc. Should have good knowledge in Software Development/ SDLC, Design patterns, Enterprise Architecture, UML Design.
• Understanding of high level requirement and preparing FRS/SRS & work breakdown structure required for development.
• Should have experience in booklet making (User Manuals) with knowledge of Photoshop/related tools to create understandable content. Preference to be given to candidates having:
• Working experience in the domain of Government procurement, storage and distribution of food grains & supply chain.
• Complete understanding of Mandi & Warehousing operations.
• Experience in software development.
• Well versed with the operations of State crop procurement.
• Higher qualification / certification.
Position: Domain Expert
• B.Tech/BE in Computer Science /Electronics and Communication/IT or MCA from recognized university.
• Minimum 20 years of working experience.
• Experience in understanding and creating high quality and understandable documentation, coordination with various stakeholders, preparing project progress reports, MIS reports, etc.
• Domain knowledge(min. 15 years) o Food Grain Procurement
o Supply Chain Management
o Software applications/tools related to procurement
Preference to be given to candidates having:
• Working experience in the domain of Government procurement, storage and distribution of food grains & supply chain.
• Complete understanding of Mandi operations.
• Complete understanding of Warehousing operations.
• Well versed with the operations of State crop procurement.
• Higher qualification / certifications.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Technical Content Writer (with exceptional doc. writing skills) Negotiable based on relevant experience and qualifications
- Domain Expert Negotiable, not exceeding Rs. 1 Lakh p.m.
