Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission The Society will work for the empowerment of the poor and for poverty reduction by focusing on Livelihoods of the poor and vulnerable sections of the society in rural areas. The poor household shall be empowered to overcome all social, economic, cultural and psychological barriers by promoting institutions of poor at various levels. An environment conducive for the realization of full potential and inherent capacities of the poor will be created through social mobilization – awakening and promoting opportunities for the poor. The society is to work to enable the poor people perceive the possibilities of change and bring about desired change by collective action and participation of the poor in implementation.
Description
HSRLM Society invites online applications for the recruitment of positions at its State Mission Management Unit (SMMU) Level from eligible candidates with an aptitude for working for the upliftment of the rural poor households. The appointments will be on contract basis for one year extendable for further period from time- to- time on the basis of satisfactory work and conduct.

Eligibility
State Programme Manager (Financial Inclusion): 1 no. MBA in Finance or MBA (Banking & Finance,Programme Structure) or Master in Finance & Control (MFC) Master in Business Economics (MBE) with 1st Division as a regular student.
State Programme Manager (Inspection,Quality Assurance and Branding)-1 no. MBA (Project Management), MBA (Finance) project finance /Management/Rural Development, Master of Social Work (MSW) discipline 1st Division as a regular student.
State Programme Manager (Alumni, Migration, Placement and Retention Tracking): 1 no Post-Graduation — Master of Social Work /Rural Management/ Social Sciences/ Sociology/ Development Economics/Rural & Urban Development with 1st Division as a regular student.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
