Advertisement for Post of Project Associate-I (without GATE/NET)/ JRF (with GATE/NET) in the Research Project funded by MoE (Ministry of Education) under STARS (Scheme for Transformational and Advanced Research in Sciences) Interested candidate may appear for walk-in-interview for the temporary post of Project Associate-I (without GATE/NET) or JRF (with GATE/NET) in the R&D project entitled as “Formulation of Low-cost and Effective Self-cleaning Cement” sponsored by MoE (Ministry of Education) under STARS (Scheme for Transformational and Advanced Research in Sciences). The date of interview is 01-04-2024 at 11:30 am in the office room of Head, Department of Chemical Engineering.

Eligibility
Position:Project Associate-I (without GATE/NET) or Junior Research Fellow (with GATE/NET)
Eligibility requirements: M.E/MTech in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, and Geo environmental Engineering or MSc in Chemistry, Environment or allied branches. (The candidate having prior experience or project work in Self-cleaning Cement or Photocatalysis or Cement will be preferred). Roles and Responsibilities: To assist the research work for “Formulation of Low-cost and Effective Self-cleaning Cement”, and other project-related academic activities, and any other activities as assigned by the Project Investigators from time to time.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- For Project Associate-I: – Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA
- For JRF: – Rs 31,000/- per month as JRF/Rs 35,000/- per month as SRF + HRA as per norms (*May increase as per funding agency norms)
