The NITJ Technology Business Incubator (NITJ TBI) is inviting applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is pivotal in achieving the objectives and goals of the incubator in a sustainable and growth-oriented manner. The CEO will be the primary interface for entrepreneurs and will be responsible for managing the operations, planning, marketing, and development of NITJ TBI. The position requires a team player with proven leadership qualities, excellent marketing and organizational skills, and a professional attitude.

Eligibility
The ideal candidate should possess a First-Class MBA/PGDM, preferably with a degree in Science and Technology. Experience in running entrepreneurship development-related activities is essential. Strong communication and networking skills are desirable. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling incubates, managing and organizing various programs, and drafting proposals and reports. The age limit is preferably not more than 40 years.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- The salary is ₹1,00,000 per month, with an additional incentive of 20% of the salary payable upon securing additional funds from external agencies. The salary will be reviewed and may be revised after six months based on performance.
