Applications are invited for eligible candidate for one temporary position of Research Associate and one Research Assistant in ICSSR (sanction No. 02/76/2022-23/RP/MJ, Dated: 10 /March/2023) sponsored research project under the supervision of Dr. Sandipani Dash, Assistant Professor, Dept of African Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Delhi, New Delhi. The details of the project, qualifications, fellowship amount etc., are the following:
Prospective Research Associate and Research Assistant are required to contribute to the management and research activities of this project, assist in administrative work, library visit, data collection, compilation and report writing.
Title of the Project: “Kashmir and Abyei in Comparative Perspective: A Postcolonial Understanding of Territorial Contestation”

Eligibility
Essential Qualifications: Postgraduate in Social Science discipline (55% minimum) with NET/MPhil/PhD.
Duration: The initial appointment will be for one year or till the tenability of the project whichever is earlier and the same can be curtailed/extended based on assessment of the candidate’s performance and discretion of the competent authority for the duration of the project.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
1. Research Associate (One Post) Salary: Rs 20000/- per month. 2. Research Assistant (One Post) Remuneration: Rs 16000/- per month.
