The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) has been established through an Act of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely the “Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University Act, 2019 to provide quality education in applied sciences and skill education. The University came into existence on 15th August 2020 vide notification dated 14.08.2020.

The Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) is looking for experienced and efficient professionals to support DSEU in implementing and delivering a quality Spoken English Course and other short courses to the youth of Delhi. DSEU already implementing short term courses (approx. 3-6 months) for the youth of Delhi to develop their skills, one such course is the Spoken English Course. Already about 9000 students have been trained under this project in the last few months.

Job Description

Engagement of Deputy Registrar; Assistant Registrar; Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer on Deputation The University invites applications in the prescribed format to engage, on Deputation, duly qualified and properly selected non-teaching staff currently serving on the following posts in Central/State Universities or Institutes of National Importance and having a minimum of two years’ experience on the same post:

Position

• Deputy Registrar
• Assistant Registrar
• Assistant Engineer (Civil)
• Junior Engineer (Civil)
• Junior Engineer (Electrical)

Eligibility

1.  The services will be engaged on the same pay matrix level and cell, the applicant currently hold without any additional increment and/or deputation allowances.
2. The engagement will be without additional increments and the service conditions as applicable to DSEU non-teaching shall be applicable during the period of engagement.
3. Applications must be submitted through the present employer with a No Objection Certificate (NOC); however, an advance copy without NOC may also be sent.
4. Services will be engaged on a Deputation basis initially for a period of three years, extendable up to five years.
5. Offers will be made and services will be engaged based on recommendations from the Screening and Selection Committee constituted by the University and approved by the Board of DSEU.
6. Prevailing guidelines issued by the BoM will be applicable in all the matters related to this advertisement.

The repatriation to parent institution may be requested with a notice of one month and university also reserve right to repatriate to parent institution with a notice of one month without specifying any reason thereof.
