Eligibility
Project 1
Project Associate-I B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Chemical Engg.) from a recognized university or equivalent Air, water, wastewater & soil analysis and ability to prepare scientific reports with proficiency in computer knowledge and local language (Tamil).
Project 2

The engagement is purely on a temporary basis which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of sponsored project, satisfactory performance/conduct of the appointee. The Project Associates shall be working at CSIR-NEERI, Chennai. The engagement will be co-terminus with project duration. The engagement shall not be an appointment in CSIR/NEERI, temporary or otherwise. It would therefore not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for consideration for regularization/ absorption. The upper age limit is 35 years and relaxation shall be admissible to SC/ST/OBC/PWD & Women candidates as per GOI rules
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Project Associate-I Monthly Emoluments Rs.25000 + HRA*
Rs.31,000 pm + HRA to scholars selected through (a) National eligibility Tests – CSIR – UGC NET including lectureship(Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National Level Examinations
conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.

Only shortlisted candidates by screening committee shall be called for online interview. Candidates possessing the prescribed educational qualification and results are declared are eligible to apply.
Upon selection/empanelment, the original documents including eligibility, qualification, age and relaxation duly verified, if any discrepancy is found, the selection/empanelment stands automatically cancelled.
No interim inquiries shall be entertained in this regard
Mode of Selection: Selection is based on screening and online Interview through MS Team. The shortlisted candidates ONLY after screening based on their duly filled applications received within stipulated time shall be required to appear interview through MS Team on the specified date of Online Interview.
