Description
The project titled “Cultural Heritage of the Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) in India” is funded by the ICSSR under its 2nd Special Call for Multi-Disciplinary Studies. The positions available are on a temporary basis, with a focus on conducting in-depth research and fieldwork to document and analyse the cultural practices of PVTGs.

Eligibility
The Research Assistant position requires a Ph.D./M.Phil. /NET/Postgraduate degree in any Social Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication skills in the Saora language are desirable. The Field Investigator position requires a Graduate degree in a Social Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks, along with proficiency in Saora and Odia languages. Candidates must be willing to travel for fieldwork.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Research Assistant: Rs 37,000/- per month
- Field Investigator: Rs 20,000/- per month
