Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET) (formerly known as Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET)) was established in 1968 by Government of India with the assistance of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) at Chennai. The main objective of setting up of this specialized institute was to develop manpower in different disciplines of Plastics Engineering & Technology as no similar institute was in existence in the country. International Labour Organization (ILO) served as the executing agency.

Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET) (formerly known as Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology) is a premier National Institution in the field of Polymer Science & Technology with a focus on Academic. Technology Support and Research & Application Development. CIPET also offers AICTE approved Diploma. Post Diploma & Post Graduation Diploma Programs in the fields of Plastics Technology, Mould Technology, Mould Design with CAD/ CAM and Plastics Processing & Testing.
CIPET CSTS. Balasore is in search of dynamic, result oriented personnel in the area of Academics and Skill Training on Contract basis as detailed below:

Position

• Instructor Skill Development – Processing & Testing

Eligibility

Full time First class B.E./ B. Tech, in appropriate/ relevant discipline with
minimum 1 year experience
OR
First Class Fulltime Diploma in appropriate branch / DPT/DPMT/PGD-PPT
with minimum 3 years experience.

Essential Skills
◆ Should have good oral and written communication skills
◆ Competency in Hands-on experience in handling sophisticated
equipment/ machineries

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Instructor Skill Development – Processing & Testing Remuneration / Consolidated Remuneration Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month
