The main objective of setting up of this specialized institute was to develop manpower in different disciplines of Plastics Engineering & Technology as no similar institute was in existence in the country. International Labour Organization (ILO) served as the executing agency.

Eligibility
Civil Engineer -Consultant Candidates should possess B.E. (Civil) from reputed Universities and have post qualification experience of not less than 10 years in CPWD / State PWD. Applicants having ample experience in creating and managing Civil infrastructure in an Academic institute are preferred.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Civil Engineer -Consultant The aspiring candidates for the above position will be paid a consolidated remuneration which will commensurate with qualification and experience.
