Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. It manufactures state-of-the-art electronic products and systems for the Army, Navy and the Air Force. BEL has also diversified into various areas like homeland security solutions, smart cities, e-governance solutions, space electronics including satellite integration, energy storage products including e-vehicle charging stations, solar, network & cyber security, railways & metro solutions, airport solutions, Electronic Voting Machines, telecom products, passive night vision devices, medical electronics, composites and software solutions.

Job Description

Bharat Electronics Limited a Navaratna Company and India’s premier professional electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence, requires the following personnel on temporary basis for its Military Communication SBU, Bangalore Complex as mentioned below: Only those candidates who are willing to be posted to any of the above location may apply.

Period of contract:
Project Engineer – I will be engaged initially for a period of Three years which may be extended up to a maximum of One year (including initial period) based on requirement and individual performance.

However, if any candidate has completed three years of tenure as a Trainee Engineer in BEL and has applied for Project Engineer post he/she will be directly inducted as Project Engineer – II. The remuneration of such candidates will be Rs. 45,000/- for the 1st Year, Rs. 50000/- for the 2nd Year and Rs. 55000/- for the 3rd Year. The overall tenure will be limited to 3 years only.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: BE / B.Tech (Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Tele Communication /
Telecommunication / Communication).

JOB REQUIREMENT/EXPERIENCE

The relevant post qualification industry experience shall be in the following areas:
☛ Study of Technical Requirements for the Implementation of various Equipment of the project.
☛ Involving installation of IT hardware’s along with vendors.
☛ Functionality checking of IT hardware and electronic equipment.
☛ Installation of software’s from BSTC Bangalore and CRL GAD.
☛ Preparation of JRI & ATP Documents for Deliverables.
☛ Interacting with Vendors & Coordinating at station for receipt of deliverables.
☛ Storing of received project materials in station.
☛ Coordinating with station for conducting JRI for the received materials.
☛ Supporting & Monitoring of Civil works in the station.

During installation & Commissioning activities, the fundamental responsibilities of these Engineers are as follows.
☛ Scheduling & Coordinating of I &C activities
☛ Monitoring of Installation & Commissioning of Items as per the contract.
☛ Monitoring of system integration of various equipment’s
☛ Integration & POC of each item
☛ Overall integration of systems
☛ Hands of training of systems of Navy Personnel’s
☛ Handing over of site after the project completion.

Remuneration

An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement, Rs. 45,000/- per month for the 2nd year, Rs. 50, 000/- per month for the 3rd year.

Rs. 12,000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, foot ware charges etc.
