The Business Manager/Consultant will play a pivotal role in the CGSRLM Incubation Project at IIM Raipur. Eligibility
• Postgraduate degree (Master’s); MBA/PGDM/M.Tech (preferred) OR master’s in social work OR Related Discipline.
• Minimum 10 years post-education experience in large-scale training/capacity building and/or government/academic/CSR projects related to entrepreneurship, livelihoods, rural development, incubation.
• Strong Hindi communication and facilitation; local dialect proficiency preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh; strong documentation/report writing and MS Office/Google tools/ AI tools.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs. 75,000 – Rs. 80,000 (based on experience) with annual increment
