The Indian Institute of Management Shillong is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Academic Associate (Teaching). This role involves supporting faculty members in teaching and research activities across various academic areas such as Economics & Public Policy, Finance & Control, Information Systems & Analytics, Marketing, Operations & Quantitative Techniques, Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources, and Strategy & Liberal Studies. The position is contractual, initially for two years, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in the relevant field with a first-class or equivalent grade in the preceding degree. A very good academic record throughout is essential. The screening criteria include a Ph.D. from a reputed university or institute, first-class or equivalent grade in the Master’s degree, and at least a high second class (minimum 55%) or equivalent in the Bachelor’s degree. There is a relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/DAP and 3% for OBC candidates in the Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees. The age limit is 35 years as of the last date of the advertisement.
