Anna University was established on 4th September, 1978 as a unitary type of University. This University was named after Late Dr.C.N.Annadurai, former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. It offers higher education in Engineering, Technology, Architecture and Applied Sciences relevant to the current and projected needs of the society. Eligibility

For Application Programmer (Senior / Junior)
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in Web Design, Web Application Development using PHP, AJAX, JQUERY, Postgre SQL, MYSQL.
Proficiency in Database Management and Linux Server Administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience for Application Programmer (Junior) and minimum 5 years of experience for
Application Programmer (Senior) in the above said technical areas.

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of PHP frameworks, PHOTOSHOP, DREAMWEAVER or other web design / development tools.
Experience in Systems / Network/Server Administration.
Knowledge in MYSQL and Postgres database management systems.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Professional Assistant – II Rate per Day (Rs.)
• Professional Assistant – III Rate per Day (Rs.)
• Clerical Assistant Rate per Day (Rs.)
• Application Programmer (Junior) Consolidated pay Range per Month (Rs.) 25, 000 /- to 30,000 /-
• Application Programmer (Senior) Consolidated pay Range per Month (Rs.) Rs 30,000/- to 40,000/-
