Applications are invited from highly motivated and bright candidates for the following Junior Research Fellow assignment on a time-bound research project undertaken in the Amity Institute of Advanced Research and Studies (Materials & Devices), Amity University, Noida.

Position

• Junior Research Fellow

Title of the Project

• Development of a table-top equipment for measurement of the lifetime and diffusion length of minority carriers in silicon solar cells

Eligibility

M.Sc or M.Tech in Solid State Physics / Material Science / Nanotechnology / Electronics with minimum 60% or equivalent (CGPA) from recognized University. In addition, Candidate must have cleared UGC-CSIR NET/GATE or an equivalent examination.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Rs.31,000/- + HRA for First Two years
• Rs.35,000/-+ HRA for third year
