IIM Mumbai invites application for the post of Research Associate
on purely temporary basis, for Research Project on
“Smart prediction and optimization in liner ship freight revenue management”

Position

• Research Associate : 01 Post

Eligibility

Research Associate

Qualification and Experience: B.Tech/M.Tech/ Dual Degree/Equivalent degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Scientific Computing and Industrial & System Engineering with a minimum 65% marks.

Desirable : Good quantitative background with proficiency in Optimization, Data Analytics. Strong computation skills with experience in handling software like R, Python. Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) would be an added advantage.

Experience:
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel is mandatory.
Experience in research projects on Data Analytics will be given preference. Candidates having 1 to 2 years of work experience within industry Government / Academic Institute / Research Organizations will be preferred.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• The maximum consolidated salary will be Rs 30,000 per month.
