Tool Designers
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with tool design knowledge and minimum 10 yrs of experience in tool design and tool manufacturing. Hands on-experience in use of Advanced CAD/CAM/CAE, CNC Softwares Technologies for Tool Design like PTC-Creo, UG-NX, AutoCAD Practical experience in design of Plastic Injection Moulds, Die casting Dies and Press Tools & Jigs and Fixtures etc Press tools like compound Tools, Progress Tools, Deep Drawing Tools etc Design and manufacturing knowledge. Experience in generating CAD modeling of Mould Design modules, Sheet Metal Modules & 2D drawings, Creo experience preferred. Knowledge in GD&T and manufacturability and part cost.
Understands requirements in customer and how they apply to design Assemble, prove out tool design & manufacturing knowledge Able to work independently in Design of tools and Tryout of same Strong communication skills for interaction with various functions responsible for program To Handle existing projects of R & D & Able to create conceptual design for tooling projects , automation projects.

Shop Supervisors
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with precision CNC machine operation knowledge. He should be familiar in any one of the CNC machines programming like milling /Turning minimum 15 yrs of CNC shop floor experience & hands an experience.

5 Axis operator
Degree / Diploma in mechanical engineering with 10 yrs of programming and operational knowledge in 5- Axis machine preferably on Heidenhain control and UG manufacturing module for 5 – Axis.

Additive Manufacturing Engineer
B.E/B.Tech/M.E / M.Tech (Mechanical , Production) 0 to 3 yrs of experience in generating CAD modeling in PTC Creo/ NX UG Hands on-experience on Cura, 3d Sprint or any Slicing tools Good Knowledge on Generative Design / Topology optimization or structure of materials Efficiently operate all 3D printers & able to Produce quality prints Provide Printing Services & training on 3D Sprint/ Equivalent software of 3D Printers Provide a supporting role in Additive Manufacturing solution development An affinity with 3D designs like generative design/ Topology Optimization Knowledge of CAD/CAM softwares and/or Rapid Prototyping industry experience Post process 3D prints & Inspect 3D Printed models for quality, Good Knowledge on reverse Engineering Process, Able Work on Scanned models for CAD Modeling, Able to provide the training for students/MSME’s.

Mechatronics Engineer
B.E/B.Tech/M.E / M.Tech (Mechatronics ) or equivalent. 3 to 5 yrs of experience in Designing, developing, and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and Mechatronics devices. Good Hands on Experience in Pneumatic (Fluid sim), Electro pneumatic, PLC basic. Practical experience in Automation of processing industries, tooling industries, General Engineering sectors. Develop new electro-mechanical concepts for new product lines. Design, develop, maintain and manage high technology engineering systems for the automation of industrial tasks. Apply Mechatronics or automated solutions to the transfer of material, components or finished goods. Understands customer requirements and able to convert design. Strong communication skills for interaction with various functions responsible for program. Able to work independently in Design of tools and Tryout of same. Proficient in Microsoft excel, Word. Interfacing knowledge various PLC & Embedded programs with text files/ CAD interfacing files/ Excel files.

Maintenance Engineer
Degree in Electronic / Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 15 yrs of experience in CNC, able to do repair / Trouble shooting of CNC and conventional machines, Able to do repair / Trouble shooting Compressor and Generator, Installation of machinery maintenance of CNC / Conventional machines, Good knowledge of CNC machines /conventional machines, machinery tools, TPM tools / Shorts.

Trainee Engineer (Mechanical / Mechatronics)
PGTD/PDTD /PG Mechatronics/PG VLSI/PGD in Mechatroncis or equivalent passed out candidates can apply.

Office Assistant
(Admin Any Degree with 2-5 years experience with computer knowledge and typing skills . Exposure in Core industry/ institutions

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• TECHNICAL personnel on contractual basis for a fixed tenure of 11 months
