Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN) invites applications for Five (05) In-Person Research Internship positions under a Training and Skill Internship (VRITIKA) programme sanctioned by Accelerate Vigyan, SERB, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Event Title is Process and Device Modeling of Low-temperature Grown Atomic-thin 2D Materials Based Devices

Position

• Research Internship positions – 5 Post

Eligibility

• Applicants who are currently pursuing or have completed PhD/MTech/ MSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Devices, Nanoelectronics, Physics, Material Sciences, or research areas allied to the event title.

Important Points

• Interns will not be paid any stipend. However, the cost of on-campus hostel accommodation and food at the hostel messes will be borne by IITGN.
