Advertisement for the position of Research Associate III (RA-III) – 03 POSTS, Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – 03 POSTS and Project Assistant (PA) – 02 POSTS in a Ministry of Jal Shakti (NMCG) funded research project at the Department of Civil Engineering, JAMIA MILLIA ISLAMIA, New Delhi.

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of Research Associate III (RA-III), Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and Project Assistant (PA), in a Ministry of Jal Shakti (NMCG) funded
research project with following details:
Title of the project: Up-gradation/ Integration of existing UASB system with micro-aerobic processes

Eligibility

For RA III – Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering / Environmental Sciences / Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Atmospheric Sciences and Chemistry with expertise in the relevant area. Applicants submitted the PhD thesis for final viva with good publication can also apply. Software skills/ modelling will be an added advantage.
For SRF – Master degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering / Environmental Sciences / Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Atmospheric Sciences and Chemistry with expertise in the relevant area. Applicants submitted the master’s dissertation for final viva at least one publication can also apply. Software skills/ modelling will be an added advantage.
For PA – Diploma in Civil Engineering/ or XII class. A minimum of 3 years of experience of working in a research lab on similar projects is essential requirement.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• RA-III: Rs 75000 + HRA (24%) per month
• SRF: Rs 40000 + HRA (24%) per month
• PA: Rs 20000 + HRA (24%) per month
