Indian Institute of Management Nagpur Applications are invited for the post of Research Associate/ Research Assistant (Economics and Social Sciences).
The Research Assistant’s duties will include a review of relevant literature, data collection (primary and secondary), data compilation, data analysis using statistical and econometric software, preparation of report, and assistance with other research-related tasks.

Eligibility
Position: Research Associate/ Research Assistant
- Ph.D/M.Phil/Post graduate in Economics or related disciplines with minimum 55% marks in masters degree
- Prior experience in the analysis of data or household surveys, collection of data, using data analysis software like stata/ Eviews etc., are preferable.
- Evidence of prior empirical research work in the form of a master’s thesis, working paper(s), and/ or publication(s) should be submitted along with the application.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Research Associate/ Research Assistant Selected candidate will be offered a contractual appointment for a period of up to 12 months on a consolidated monthly salary mode on third party contract. Consolidated salary ranges between Rs. 25,000/- to Rs.30,000/- per month.
